Will I need a building permit?
The number, size, location and intended use of the units you want will determine the amount of work that will be done onsite. In some cases, that will require a building permit. Please provide us with as much information as possible and we will advise on whether a permit is required.
How much lead time is required?
Whether you’re purchasing or renting, it is a good idea to give yourself at least two weeks of lead time. While some units can be delivered in as little as a couple of days from the time of order, other factors, such as fleet availability and whether a unit has already been serviced, may affect delivery time.

How much does a modular building cost?

What size is right for me?
To help you determine the best solution, have on hand information about the number of employees who will be working at the site, the number of offices required and the square footage needed per person. The size of the property that the units will occupy is also important. These considerations will help determine the optimal size of the unit for maximum cost efficiency.
Do you offer furniture and add-ons?
Yes! Many of our units come with steps or we can build stairs and ramps to ensure accessibility. We can also supply skirting, furniture and water and sewage tanks for the duration of the rental. Depending on the kind of unit you are renting or purchasing there may be other options. Please contact a sales representative for more information.

STEEL CONTAINER OFFICES
Secure valuable assets – equipment, computers, payroll, sensitive files – inside our durable steel container offices. They are easy to transport and install wherever you need them most. Ideal for small spaces, they are stackable and keep valuables safe with security screens and metal enclosures.
Available in two sizes – 8’x20’ and 8’x40’ – Our steel container offices can also be divided into optional partitions to create additional office space.
